The legal heirs of Respondent No. 3 are sought to be brought on record with a relief of condoning the delay in

Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant and the Respondents. Since the Respondent No. 3 is no more alive to oppose the writ petition, presence of his legal heirs is very necessary. Resultantly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).

The necessary amendments shall be carried out within one week from today.

Civil Application St. No. 7943 of 2019, though not listed, a copy of which when produced before me, I have considered the same.

For the similar reason since the legal heirs of the Petitioner are sought to be brought on record, the said Civil Application is also allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).

The necessary amendments shall be carried out within one week from today.
