1] The Appellant is admitted to protection from arrest by order dated 03.12.2021 by recording a prima facie case in his favour. He was directed to join investigation and it is submitted that pursuant to the investigation being complete, charge-sheet has been filed.

2] Today the learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer specifically state that custodial interrogation is not necessary. 3] In the wake of aforesaid statement, interim order dated 03.12.2021 is made absolute.
