We find that the petitioner had previously been granted similar permission and had not breached any conditions imposed by this Court.

In view of above application stands allowed. The petitioner is permitted to travel abroad as stated in the application subject to compliance of the terms and conditions ordered by this Court on January 6, 2023, while granting permission on earlier occasion.
