The learned counsel for Petitioners submits that after filing of these Petitions, the Respondent No.3 has given an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners on the Petitioners' vrd 1/2

WP9437.16.sxw representation dated 1st August 2016 (Exh.'H'). He submits that the matter has been heard by the Superintending Engineer but, no orders have been passed as on date and in the meanwhile, the Respondents are bent upon to take coercive steps against the Petitioners. In view of the aforesaid, we direct that till the Petitioners' case is decided by the Superintending Engineer, the Respondents shall not take any coercive steps against the Petitioners, if the decision is against the Petitioners, for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of such order. With these directions, the Writ Petitions stand disposed of.
