Heard learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties for some time.

By consent of both the parties, the Suit before the learned Trial Court namely Regular Civil Suit No.1836 of 2017 is directed to be expedited and the same shall be disposed of within a period of six months from today.

It is clarified that the parties shall not be granted adjournment unless it is absolutely necessary. 4.

Both parties shall appear on 27.01.2023 at 12:00 noon with a copy of this order before the learned Trial Court for fixing the schedule for hearing of the Suit by the learned Trial Court as per the Court's convenience.

Needless to state that the learned Trial Court shall not be influenced by the twin orders dated 28.11.2018 and 19.06.2019 passed by the learned Trial Court as also the Appellate Court while determining the Suit proceedings.
