Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned Prosecutor for the State.

Applicants are accused in Criminal Case No.1418/PW/2015 pending before the Court of the Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Andheri, Mumbai. Pending trial, the complainant moved an application seeking further investigation under Section 173(8) of the

Rane 2/2 APL-758-2021-SR.15 3.12.2021 Criminal Procedure Code. The learned Magistrate rejected the application on 9th December, 2019. Whereafter, the complainant fle a Revision bearing Application No.02/2020.

In the revision, the learned Sessions Judge, vide order dated 6th February, 2020 directed the learned Magistrate not to proceed with C.C. No.1418/PW/2015. The only relief the applicant is seeking is that the learned Sessions Judge be directed to hear the revision expeditiously in view of the fact; that the trial is pending against them since 2015. In consideration of the facts of the case, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi shall make efforts to dispose of the subject Revision, preferably on/or before 21st January, 2022. 4.

The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
