By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking early hearing of First Appeal No. 1496 of 2007 on the ground that the Applicant is senior citizen of 82 years old.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that First Appeal is ready for hearing as R & P and paper book are received. 4.

Considering the submission made by learned Counsel for the Applicant and as the Applicant is senior citizen, I satisfied that the Applicant has made out case for following order: (i) Hearing of First Appeal No. 1496 of 2007 is expedited. 1/2

(29) CAF 4119-17 (ii) Appellants in First Appeal No. 1496 of 2007 are permitted to file private paper book on or before 29.06.2019 with copy to other side.

(iii) Registry is directed to place First Appeal No. 1496 of 2007 in weekly board for final hearing as per its turn in the list of Senior Citizen.
