This Civil Application is moved for restoration of Review Application (St.) No. 35380 of 2015, which was dismissed by order dated 10th April, 2017 passed by Registrar (Legal) for non removal of office objections. The Review Application was dismissed before issuance of notice.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he had a heart attack on 17th April, 2017 and thereafter, he filed this Application 1 / 2

In view of the above submissions, the order dated 10th April, 2017 of dismissing the Review Application is hereby recalled. Delay is condoned. Review Application is restored to its original file on condition that the applicant shall remove all office objections on or before 27th April, 2018.
