This is an application for seeking transit anticipatory bail. The complaint is lodged with Omti Police Station at Jabalpur vide FIR No.548 of 2015. The offences were registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC.

Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the applicant is resident of Mumbai and having business office at Mumbai. The police attached to Omti police station at Jabalpur visited the house of the applicant on 29th July, 2017 and informed relatives of the applicant that the complaint has been lodged against the applicant at the said police station at the instance of one Vivek 1/3

Vina k sr.925.aba.1362.2017.doc Kumar Shukla of Raga Finvest Limited. It is submitted that there was a business transaction between the applicant and the complainant. It is submitted that temporary protection may be granted to the applicant to enable the applicant to approach competent Court for seeking appropriate relief.

Learned APP submitted that she has no instructions in the matter as offences were registered at Jabalpur. 4.

Taking into consideration the fact that the FIR has been registered at Omti Police Station at Jabalpur, protection can be granted to the applicant for a temporary period to enable the applicant to approach the competent Court for appropriate relief. Hence, I pass following order;

:: ORDER ::

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with FIR No.548 of 2015 registered with Omti Police Station at Jabalpur, the applicant may be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only.) with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Vina k sr.925.aba.1362.2017.doc (ii) This interim protection is granted for a period of three weeks to enable the applicant to approach the appropriate Court for an appropriate relief.

(iii) Application stands disposed of.
