P.C.:- This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 fled by the aforesaid Applicant apprehending his arrest in Crime No.142 of 2019 registered with Kalamboli Police Station for the ofences punishable under Sections 120B, 326, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
