Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing revision application challenging to grant of meager maintenance. By an order dated 27/11/2014, this Court (Coram : P.D. Kode, J) had issued notice to the respondent. Office note shows that notices are not served. In any case, the delay is of 44 days in filing Criminal Revision Application. For the reasons assigned on the ground No. 2 of the application, this Court is inclined to condone the delay in the interest of justice. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay of 44 days in filing revision application is hereby condoned. The application is allowed and disposed off accordingly. (SMT.
