1] The grievance of the Petitioner is that being appointed as a junior clerk in the unaided section in K. A. Banthiya Secondary School established by the 3rd Respondent - Trust, the management of the school was not seeking approval of the State Government in terms of the letter of appointment dated 24th March 2013, due to which on account of non-receipt of grant-in-aid, proper salary has not been paid to the Petitioner. Prayer made is to direct Respondent No.3 to submit the proposal concerning Petitioner for approval to Respondent No.2. BGP. 1 of 2

2] It is not for the Trust to do the needful. It is for the school to do the needful. Be that as it may, learned counsel who appears for the Trust states that the management of the school would ensure that within four weeks necessary communication is sent to Respondent No.2 seeking approval. Binding Respondent No.3, to the statement made by the counsel, we dispose of the Petition directing Respondent No.2 to pass necessary orders on the application seeking approval received by Respondent No.2 within six weeks of the receipt of the application.
