Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned A.G.P. for the Respondent-State.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the Petitioners, we find that the question involved in this Petition is already been considered and decided by the Division Bench of this Court on 1st August 2017, while considering the challenge to the same impugned tender, in Writ Petition No.8543 of 2017 in the case of Jijau Mata Mahila Bahuudyogiya Audyogik Sahakari Sanstha (Maryadit) Vs. State of Maharashtra & Anr. 3.
In the circumstances, for the reasons stated in the said order, 1/2 Dixit WP-8833-17
we decline interference in the present Petition. As a result, the Petition fails and stands dismissed.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners would be participating in the impugned tender process. In the circumstances, the observations made in paragraph No.4 of the order dated 1st August 2017 shall apply in this case also.
