Mr. M.D. Bhosale, API attached to Kamothe Police Station, on instructions, informs that the Petitioner is already charge sheeted pursuant to registration of offence, being Crime No.96 of 2019, punishable u/s 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 6, 1 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Since aforesaid statement is not confronted by the Petitioner and having regard to the fact that there is no challenge to the charge sheet, it will be appropriate to dispose of the petition which will not come in way of the petitioner, to move discharge application or question the charge sheet.
