On query by Court Sheristedar, the respondents, who are represented by their Power of Attorney Holder Mr.Abrar Ahmed Gulam Rehmani, who is the brother of the respondents, informs the Court that Ms.Cardozo has not filed Vakalatnama. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant files the Consent Terms dated 15.11.2017 on which the appellant and the Constituted Attorney of the respondents have signed and the Advocate for the appellant has also signed. The said Consent Terms is taken on

The undertakings given in the consent terms by the parties are accepted. In view of the consent terms, First Appeal is disposed of. Accordingly, decree is to be drawn.
