Learned counsel for the applicant in Appeal No.1555 of 2011 prayed for withdrawal of the application for suspension of conviction, with the prayer that the appeal may be expedited as it is of the year 2011. There is connected appeal preferred by the State which is bearing no.797 of 2012 which is for the enhancement of the sentence. Both the appeals are to be heard together and shall be kept on 03rd September 2015 for final hearing.
