1] The Motion is moved by way of a precipe by the learned counsel for the Respondent for carrying out necessary corrections in the name of the Respondent in the cause title of the Petition as well as in the order dated 10th December 2018. It is submitted that in the cause title of the Petition as well as in the said order, the name of Respondent "Mr. Gopal K. Pandey" may be substituted by the name "Mr. Gopalkrishan Parasnath Pandey" as the same has been brought on record by way of amendment which is granted and carried out today.
