The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted this Petition is moved with a limited prayer that Regular Civil Suit No. 257 of 2014 filed by the petitioner/plaintiff is to be expedited and the crossexamination of the petitioner/plaintiff is to be completed at the earliest without further delay.

In view of the prayers, no notice is required to the respondent.
