In view of order dated 21/07/2016 passed by the Collector, Rehabilitation, Kolhapur, it has been stated that petitioners have submitted Preference Form for other land. In the circumstances, Petition is rendered infructuous. However, we observe that the said Form submitted by the petitioners be processed by the State Government as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. Needless to say that if the petitioners 1/2
