CORAM : ANOOP V. MOHTA & A.A.SAYED, JJ.
DATED : 7 OCTOBER 2015 ORDER:
The Petitioner has not claimed any caste benefit referring to caste-VJ since last two years. The caste claim Petition is pending in this Court, where this Court has passed order to the effect that no adverse action be initiated against the Applicant-Petitioner on the ground of invalidity of caste certificate. However, considering the earlier admitted position and pendency of the caste claim of the Petitioner, we see no case is made out to grant any relief to the Applicant in the Civil Application with regard to payment of fees, as he has been admittedly paying the fees in the open category since the inception of his admission. 1/3
