1] Prayer made in the Writ Petition is to direct Respondent No.2 to process the application dated 30th March 2017 submitted by the Petitioners seeking sanction to undertake development work on the lands stated and referred to in the said application. The reply filed brings out that the application has been processed. 2] The Assistant Director of Town Planning has communicated his comments on 5th February 2019 to the Collector qua the application in question.

3] Thus, we dispose of the Writ Petition directing the Collector, District Thane to pass the necessary order on the application filed by the Petitioners on 30th March 2017 within a period of six weeks of receipt of the authenticated copy of this order. Balaji G.
