The application is filed by the applicant seeking AJN

2/2 05 IA-2361.22.odt permission to intervene in the writ petition. Applicant No.1 claims to be a social and political worker and is the original complainant. Applicant No.2 is a local resident residing in the vicinity.

Learned counsel for the original petitioner invited our attention to a complaint letter addressed by applicant No.1 to the Thane Municipal Corporation, threatening to take law in his own hands if the expectation of applicant No.1 is not met with the Municipal Corporation by taking action against the petitioner. 3.

We have considered the threats given in the letter dated 21/01/2021 and also in the letter dated 16/03/2021 by addressing a letter to the Senior Inspector of Police. The Municipal Corporation has already dealt with the contents raised in the said letters, by filing a reply.

In view of the above circumstances, we are not inclined to grant any relief to the applicants in this interim application. The interim application is, accordingly, dismissed. 5.

No order as to costs.
