Heard Mr. Dewal, learned Advocate appearing for Applicant. 2.

This is an Interim Application for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 on record by condoning delay of 156 days in filing the present Interim Application. Respondent No.1 has expired on 01.09.2021.

Perused the Interim Application. For the reasons stated therein, the delay of 156 days in filing the Application is condoned and the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 are permitted to be brought on record.

However, Applicant shall get the benefit of the orders passed by the Supreme Court in Suo Motu and Writ Petition for including covid pandemic period.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ' c'

which reads thus:- "(c) The Applicant be permitted to bring on record, the Respondent No.1 (a) and 1(b) as heirs and legal representative of the deceased Respondent No.1 and amend the cause title accordingly."

Amendment to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. Coy of the amended Petition be served on the Respondents on or before the adjourned date.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
