On 4th August 2017 as the Advocate for the petitioner made a statement that the petitioner has taken away papers from him, notice was ordered to be issued to the petitioner which was made returnable on 1st October 2017.

Today, the office remark shows that the notice is not yet returned back. There is also an office remark that a letter has been addressed by the petitioner to the Registrar (Judicial-I) stating that he wants to withdraw this petition.

The said letter dated 31st October 2017 is placed on record.

wp9498.doc After 4th August 2017, the petition appeared on board on 2nd May 2018 and today. However, the petitioner is not present, though he seems to be aware of the pendency of this petition. He is not represented by any Advocate. Hence, Writ Petition is disposed of.
