1] This writ petition is preferred against the order dated 13.6.2017, passed by the Family Court No.5, at Pune in PER No.76 of 2016.

2] It is fairly conceded by learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire amount of Rs.12,00,000/- which was claimed in the said petition as arrears of maintenance has already been deposited. 3] In view thereof nothing remains in this petition as it has become infructuous. Hence disposed of.
