Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicants and perused the averments made in the Civil Application. The Applicants do not seek to rely upon the various pages mentioned in the prayer clause (c ) of the Civil Application and seeks permission to file Power of Attorney.

The impugned order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 03.07.2017 is set aside on the condition that Applicants remove all office objection within two weeks from today.

It is made clear that if all office objections are not removed within two weeks from today, Writ Petition (St) No. 15370 of 2016 to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
