(b) This Hon'ble Court if come to the conclusion that for whatsoever reason if the promotion of Junior

IA 2476.2021.doc Administrative Officer In short OS cannot be granted to this Applicant then in the alternative this Hon'ble Court by way of it's inherent jurisdiction be pleased to direct the Respondent No.1 to grant or put this applicant on the pay scale of Junior Administrative Officer on the backdrop of recommendations of 7th Pay Commission. 2.

This Application is taken out in a Criminal Application for quashing of the FIR lodged against the Applicant is entirely ill advised. It is quiet clear that such prayers cannot be made in the Criminal Application seeking to quash the FIR as this relate the service issue.
