This Interim Application has been preferred, pending Writ Petition No. 2936 of 2022, seeking permission to travel abroad i.e. Bangkok from 17th August 2022 to 19th August 2022.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submit that the applicant is required to travel Bangkok on 17th August 2022 to attend the conference which is scheduled on 18th August 2022 and 19th August 2022 and would return to India on 20th August 2022. The relevant documents with regard to the said conference has been annexed to the application. by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

Learned Advocate for the applicant also submitted that previously the applicant was permitted to travel abroad by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge vide order dated 25th July 2022 on certain conditions. The applicant had availed of the said facility and travelled abroad and returned to India. The passport of the applicant is with the Investigating Officer. While granting the permission, the passport was directed to be given to the applicant and the applicant was directed to hand over the same to the Investigating Officer after returning to India. 4.

Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the applicant be permitted to travel abroad subject to the similar conditions granted earlier.

Hence, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The applicant is permitted to travel to Bangkok from 17th August 2022 to 19th August 2022.

(ii) The passport of the applicant which is lying with the Investigating Officer be handed over to the applicant immediately.

(iii) The applicant is directed to return the passport to the Investigating officer within two days after returning to India. (iv) The permission to travel abroad is subject to the condition Nos. 2(i) to (xi), stipulated in order dated 25th July 2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge. (v) Interim Application stands disposed of.
