So far as the prayer for pre-arrest bail of applicant No.1 Vasant Pajaba Papa is concerned, the same is not pressed as this Court was not inclined to grant bail. Accordingly, the application against him stands rejected. In view of the undertaking by applicant No.1 to surrender by January 21, 2019, ad-interim

In so far as applicant No.2 is concerned, but for the allegation of using abusing language, there is no material against him which warrant justification for his custodial interrogation. As such, the application is allowed in the following terms :- i) In the event of arrest in crime No.411/2018 for offfence punishable under sections 353, 332, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Pune (Rural) police station, Pune, applicant No.2 Ravindra Tanaji Garade be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount;
ii) The applicant shall attend the Investigating officer as and when directed;
iii) The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;
iv) The applicant shall co-operate with the investigating agency; v) The application stands disposed of accordingly. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
