Mrs. Bane, the learned AGP for the State states that within two weeks, the Respondents would decide the entitlement of the Petitioner for alternate land and if the Petitioner is found eligible, the said land would be allotted to the Petitioner within eight weeks from the date of said decision, without fail. 2.

Time is granted, as prayed as and by way of last indulgence. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.
