The petitioner is before us seeking the following reliefs: "a.

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India to respondent No.1 to 3 to register F.I.R. against respondent No.7 to 25 and other culprits on the representation made by the petitioner as annexed as an Exhibit- B and calling for the entire records

skn 2/2 36.16-crpil-st.sxw in respect of scam of Maharashtra Co-operative Bank and for submitting report from respondent No.1 to 3 before this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct any of the investigating agency/ commission as appointed by this Hon'ble Court to register F.I.R. and investigate and file a detailed Report within a specific period.

Interim and ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayers (a) above;"

It is alleged that respondent Nos.7 to 25 have committed breach of trust by cheating general public and causing loss of Rs.1,400 crore being the persons who are in-charge of running the co-operative banks.

We dispose of this PIL by directing the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities i.e. second and third respondents with proper representation and material within two weeks from today. If such representation is made, second and third respondents shall enquire into the matter and do the needful strictly in accordance with the procedure contemplated for the same. (M.S.SONAK, J.)
