Mr.Shaikh, learned counsel states that the petitioner will file fresh Vakalatnama executed before the Indian Consulate at Dubai within a period of three weeks from today. In the circumstances, interim protection granted vide order dated 2nd September, 2016 shall continue till 21st July, 2017. In view of the aforesaid statement, petition is disposed of. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
