This is an application for condonation of delay of 14 days in preferring the First Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 07/02/2014 passed by the MACT at Islampur, District Sangli. 2.

The learned Counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 raised strong objection to condone the delay. However, for the reasons stated in para 3 of the application, as sufficient cause is made out, the delay is condoned. The application is disposed of accordingly. The Appeal be numbered and registered.
