By this civil application, the applicants seek to implead the legal heirs and representatives of the applicant no.1, who has expired on 11th July, 2017. The application is filed within time. A copy of the death certificate is annexed.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. The amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon the respondents with one week from the date of carrying out the amendment.
