The Learned APP Mrs. Shinde tenders letter dated 13-3-2018 addressed to the Additional Public Prosecutor, High Court Bombay, of Shri Amol Zende Assistant Commissioner of Police, Turbhe Police Station, Navi Mumbai. By the said letter, the office informs the office of the Additional Public Prosecutor that charge sheets have been filed in all the CRs in respect of which relief is sought vide prayer clause (a). In view of the said supervening event, the relief sought by the Petitioner vide prayer clause (a) cannot be acceded to. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
