APP on instructions in response to the Court's query informs that there are no antecedents against the applicant. Apart from above, it is claimed that applicant has co-operated with the investigation.

As such, it is informed that prima-facie royalty passes are found to be genuine. In that view of the matter, custody of the applicant claimed to have been not required by the Investigating Officer. That being so, ad-interim protection stands confirmed. 3.

In the event of arrest, applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more BGP.
