Mr. Doijode, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, the petitioners herein have amicably settled the matter with respondent no.2 and have drawn 'Minutes of Order' dated 12th March 2021. He submitted that, petitioner No.2 has been retired from the employment of petitioner No.1-company and the petitioner No.3, who though in the employment is stationed at Bangalore and therefore is unable to attend this Court today.

Mr. Doijode, learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that, the obligations mentioned in the 'Minutes of Order' have already been complied with by respective parties. The said statement is accepted.

In view thereof, Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

As a consequence thereof, the proceedings of R.C.C. No.1127 of 2013, seized by 4th Joint Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, and the Orders passed therein are quashed and set aside. 5.

Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
