The applicant has deposited Rs.20,00,000/- in the Registry of this Court in terms of the order dated 21st November, 2018 passed

Rane 2/2 sr.32 22.11.2019 in Criminal Bail Application No. 2675 of 2018. 3.

Criminal Bail Application No. 2675 of 2018 was heard and rejected on 18th January 2019, however, this Court granted liberty to the applicants to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court during the pendency of the application.

In view of the liberty aforesaid, this Application is preferred seeking leave to withdraw the amount of Rs.20,00,000/-.

In view of the liberty granted to the applicant vide order dated 18th January, 2019, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount. 6.

The application is allowed and disposed off.
