This petition is filed for transfer of investigation into the C.R. No.266 of 2014 registered with Malvani Police Station, Mumbai.

Mrs. Kejriwal, learned APP, on instructions from Mr. Darde, P.I. Malvani Police Station, makes a statement that after completion of the investigation, four accused have already been Uday S. Jagtap

3166-14-wp=.doc arrested and charge-sheet was also filed on 12.09.2014 and thereafter, supplementary charge-sheet is filed on 01.01.2015. She also state that further investigation is going on under the provisions of Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C. Statement is accepted. 3.

In the light of the above statement, we do not find any need to interfere in the present petition. We however, direct the investigating agency to complete the further investigation expeditiously. The investigating agency also shall look into the apprehension expressed by the deceased in the complaint dated 29.10.2013 at Exh.B as well as supplementary statement given by the complainant.
