a) This Hon'ble High Court may condone the delay in taking decision in the matter in the interest of Justice. b) The time granted by this Hon'ble Court (Coram: R.M.Savant, J.) vide order dated 16-3-2016 in Writ Petition No.10145 of 2013 be extended for a period of 3 months from the date of present civil application. 4] Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till the disposal of the application by the authority. 5] Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
