P.C.:- 1) By an order dated 24th July, 2018 the applicant was granted interim relief.

2) Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned APP for the State. Perused the record of investigation.

3) The record of investigation indicates that, the applicant is a travel agent and had taken out two air tickets for two persons for going to Dubai from Mumbai. Prima facie, it appears that there is no other overt act attributed to the applicant.

Ladda 47-aba-1463-18.doc The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor fairly conceded to the fact that Section 370 of the IPC cannot be made applicable to the applicant herein.

4) In view thereof, interim relief granted by order dated 24th July, 2018 is hereby confirmed.
