This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an appeal against conviction wherein the applicant is convicted under the provisions of MCOCA by the learned Additional Sessions and Special Judge, Greater Mumbai in Special Case No. 4 of 2015 vide judgment and order dated 26th April 2019 and sentencing him to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 10 years. The delay is of 51 days. 2.

For the reasons assigned in paragraph no. 4, the delay of 51 days in filing the appeal needs to be condoned in the interest of justice. varsha
