C.:- 1) Mr. Gavand, learned APP on instructions submitted that, after concluding the investigation of present crime i.e. C.R.No.2 of 2013 registered with Madha Police Station, Solapur it was revealed that the Petitioner has no role to play in the same and therefore his name is dropped from array of accused while filing the charge-sheet. In view thereof, Petition for quashing of said crime by the Petitioner does not survive and is disposed off.
