Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred to bring on record a new trustee in place of Respondent No.5 - Hirabhai K. Patel, who has passed away. 3.

The learned Counsel for the Respondents submit that the Respondents have no objection to bring Respondent No.5(a) on record as the change has already been reported and accepted by the Charity Commissioner. 4.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule appended to the SSP 1/2
