This is an Application for intervention by the original Complainant Smt. Dimple Shetty in C.R. No. 132 of 2016 registered with D.N. Nagar Police Station, Andheri, Mumbai. The Applicant is wife of Mr. Santosh Shetty, the Applicant in ABA No. 1238 of 2016.

For the reasons stated in the Application, I am inclined to allow the Application.

The Applicant in ABA No. 1238 of 2016 is hereby directed to implead the original Complainant Smt. Dimple Shetty as Respondent No. 2.

The said amendment be carried out within two weeks from today and an amended copy of the Application be served upon the learned Counsel for the original Complainant within the same stipulated period.
