16th February 2016 P.C.:- This Contempt Petition is filed by the Petitioner alleging that the Respondents have wrongly reported the proceedings which were pending in this Court. Respondent No.1 has filed an affidavit-in-reply. We have gone through the said reply.

2/2 CONP/11/2013 We are satisfied that Respondent No.1 did not have any intention of scandalizing this Court or giving false report n the news-paper in view of averments made in the affidavit-inreply. Respondent No.1 has also tendered unconditional apology. The other two Respondents also have filed their reply on the similar lines. Contempt Petition is therefore dismissed.
