DATE: OCTOBER 05, 2021 P.C.:- 1] Pre-arrest bail application of the Applicant was rejected on 9/8/2021, which order was confirmed by the Apex Court. 2] In spite of above, Applicant has moved this Application and has tried to impress upon the Court that such Application is maintainable. In my opinion, order of the Apex Court rejecting prayer of pre-arrest bail is very well worded and there is no ambiguity that prayer of the Applicant is rejected after appreciating merits of the matter by a reasoned order.

3] Application as such stands dismissed as the same is not maintainable and is also devoid of merit.
