By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners, hereinafter referred to as 'defendants No.1 and 2 ' have challenged the order dated 8th July, 2015 passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Mahabaleshwar below Exhibit 162 in Regular Civil Suit No.183 of 2010. By that order, the learned trial Judge rejected the application made by defendants No.1 and 2 for issuing witness summons to the Photographer for adducing evidence. On instructions, Mr. Moray states that the main suit itself is decided. 3.

In view thereof, present Petition challenging the interlocutory order is rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
