The Application dated 30-6-2017 has been received through Jail of one Pramod Kingbhai Prakash Swami who is the Accused No.1 in Sessions Case No.63 of 2015 which has arisen out of the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. By the said application the Applicant seeks relief that until his narco test is done and the Accused No.4 is arrested the proceedings in the said Sessions Case No.63 of 2015 be stayed. It is not possible to accede to the said relief sought by the Applicant. Hence the application is rejected. The instant order to be communicated to the Applicant by the office of the Government Pleader, A. S. Mumbai through Superintendent of Solapur Central Jail.
