Since it is the case of the Applicants that subject plot is being used for crematorium and they alongwith other villagers are beneficiaries thereof, we allow this application in terms of prayer clause (a). The Petitioner is directed to amend the writ petition and implead the Applicants herein as party Respondents in the writ petition. Necessary amendments be carried out within two weeks from today. The Petitioner shall serve copy of the amended petition on newly impleaded Respondents. Let the writ petition come up for hearing as per its own turn. Civil Application stands disposed of. [SMT.
